Warning: Avoid WorkIndia Portal at All Costs I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with WorkIndia. This portal has turned out to be a scam, prioritizing money over customer satisfaction and trust. My Experience: 1. Paid Plan Purchase: I purchased a plan from WorkIndia, expecting a legitimate job posting service. 2. Excessive Document Requests: The verification team asked for numerous documents, including: - Government-registered documents (SEBI registration) - Gumasta - Udyam Aadhar - GST certification - Office photos - Board photos 3. Document Rejection: Despite providing these documents, Mr. Abhishek from the verification team rejected them, claiming they were invalid. This was shocking, as these documents are legitimate and verified by government agencies. 4. Refund Request: I requested a refund, as my job post was never activated. However, Mr. Abhishek denied it, citing unclear reasons. 5. Lack of Transparency: Throughout the process, WorkIndia's team lacked transparency, failing to provide clear explanations for document rejections or refund denials. Questions to WorkIndia: 1. Valid Documents: What are the valid documents required to post a job on your portal? 2. Verification Process: Why did your team member, Mr. Abhishek, reject government-registered documents? 3. Refund Policy: What is your refund policy, and why was my refund request denied? Work India's actions have led me to believe that their intentions are focused on extracting money from customers rather than providing legitimate services. I urge everyone to avoid purchasing plans from this portal, as it may result in financial loss and frustration. Rating: (1/5) Recommendation: - Avoid Work India portal - Do not purchase plans from this portal - Report any similar experiences to regulatory bodies and consumer forums - Share your experiences on social media to warn others WorkIndia, take immediate action to address these concerns and refund my money. Warning: Avoid Work India Portal I had a terrible experience with Work India. Their services are subpar, and I suspect fraudulent activities. Specifically, Their senior executive, Mr. Abhishek, appears to be involved in unethical practices, misusing hard-earned money. This is unacceptable and potentially illegal. Do not invest in Work India's plans. You risk losing your money and experiencing immense frustration. Do not invest in their plans. You've been warned. Even they don't refund the hard earned money of there clients (if they don't activate the plan than also they keep the money)after several request.

Very bad option never choose these option. Workindia can't refund amount on time. Generate ticket to solve the issue Without resolve issue workindia self closed the ticket. Workindia staff not guide properly only transfer your problem from one department to another. Since 3- 4 month I am suffering for my refund.

Disappointing Experience with Work India's Employer Plan I recently opted for Work India's employer plan in the hope of finding suitable candidates for a job opening at my company. Unfortunately, my experience with their service has been nothing short of disappointing. After subscribing to their plan, I eagerly awaited responses from potential candidates. To my dismay, not a single individual expressed interest in the job, and, more concerning, no one actually joined the recruitment process. It left me questioning the effectiveness of Work India in connecting employers with qualified candidates. In my frustration, I reached out to their customer care seeking clarification on the matter and exploring possible solutions. Regrettably, the customer care representatives were not only unhelpful but also conveyed an unapologetic attitude. I was informed that Work India does not provide refunds under any circumstances, leaving me with no recourse for the unsatisfactory service I had received. This lack of responsiveness and accountability from Work India's customer care only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. As a customer, it is disheartening to invest time and resources into a service that fails to deliver on its promises, and even more so when the customer support is unwilling to address the concerns raised. I strongly advise potential employers to exercise caution before opting for Work India's services. My experience highlights a significant gap between the company's promises and its actual delivery, and the lack of a refund policy only adds insult to injury. Consider exploring alternative platforms that prioritize customer satisfaction and are more transparent about their effectiveness in connecting employers with potential candidates.

Absolutely unsatisfactory and frustrating experience with WorkIndia. Very disappointed because of: 1) Irrelevant candidates - Despite clearly listed job requirements 100% of the candidates that applied did not meet the most basic criteria mentioned. Seemed as if they have closed their eyes and applied. 2) Fake candidates - Candidates unlocked from database say they are not looking for a job, names did not match and experience details given incorrect. 3) Spammy interface. After purchasing monthly pack instead of providing service they are constantly trying to lure me into an upgrade. But what about providing basic service first? 4) Customer Care DOES NOT CARE. Despite providing the negative feedback nobody from the customer support team has bothered to call me or fix the issue Terrible experience and would definitely not recommend Work India to anyone. Request you to save your time and energy and look elsewhere on other platforms like Naukri / Indeed or personal sources BUT DO NOT spend your time or energy on WorkIndia. Absolute criminal waste.
