Vishal Consultants

Really nice way to find your job at ease, shreya literally coordinated and helped me like my mentor and get my manifested job, really appreciated.

This consultancy first says they will connect with you, but then they completely disappear for around one and a half months. Suddenly, after that long gap, they call early in the morning and say that you have to attend or crack an interview by 3 PM on the same day, without any proper coordination or preparation. During that one and a half month period, there is no communication at all. Then another candidate or employee from the same consultancy contacts and repeats the same thing, and again they disappear. This pattern clearly shows that they are simply wasting candidates’ time. There is no genuine hiring process. One employee named Neha is extremely rude and misbehaves with candidates. She speaks in an arrogant manner and keeps calling herself and others “senior” without showing any professionalism. Other employees also behave in a similar way and waste candidates’ time. Overall, this consultancy is a total time-waster. They make big promises but do not implement their words into action. It feels like they are only giving false assurances and doing time pass instead of providing real opportunities.

One of the best consultancies I have ever known. And especially Sneha ji, who supported and guided me like a helping hand. She was continuously in touch until I got selected. She always stood by me and was always in my favor. She is so caring and thinks about me. The way she treated me gave me a blissful feeling. And most importantly, she was in touch with me for the past 2 years and she doesn't forget. Even if you are not selected at that time, she contacts you again next year or whenever there is any vacancy. I truly admire and trust her.
