Food taste is not great, there is hair in my pasta, mojito taste like lemon water and service is also not good. We need to call reception to get our food order.

I would like to update my review from 3 to 5 stars. The service has been improved drastically. The waiters were very good and quick. The order came very quickly. This I didn't have to go to reception to place order. The atmosphere was much better without any mosquitos this time (maybe due to climate). I really liked my experience here. I had a disappointing experience due to the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the staff. They were not welcoming , lacked basic communication skills, and seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I asked for assistance, I was either ignored or met with a rude attitude. There was no sense of urgency or customer care, which made the entire experience frustrating. Staff members appeared untrained and unorganized, leading to delays and confusion. Overall, I did not feel valued as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement for future guests to have a better experience.

The overall experience was awesome and loved the caramel latte. The vibe is also aesthetically pleasing with the smell of fresh coffee in the air. Special thanks to Khushi for for making every visit worth it with her hospitality. Visit them soon ❤️❤️

I visited the Siolim cafe on Sunday. The outdoor seating area is quite limited, and it gets extremely hot as there is no proper cooling arrangement. Even inside, the air conditioning is either not working or not effective, making the environment very uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no designated smoking area, and people were smoking everywhere, which was disturbing for other guests. The pricing of the dishes is quite high compared to other cafes, but the portion sizes are relatively small. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and do not intend to visit again. We had a very disappointing experience. The reception was unwelcoming, and the staff’s behaviour lacked basic courtesy. There was no guidance or interest shown in helping us choose. The food that followed didn’t make up for it either—bland, poorly presented, and lacking flavour. To top it off, we ordered a coco almond latte which turned out to be extremely watery and tasted nothing like what was promised. It felt like no effort was made in ensuring quality or customer satisfaction. Overall, a let-down in both service and food. Definitely not returning or recommending this place to anyone.
