Premium luxury corporate building. Having an office here is centralised to many people in upcoming developments. Properly sanitized and fresh common restrooms. Also spaces available for large manpower too.

It's a Corporate park, one of the kind of office complexes that you generally see only in Metro cities like Mumbai. (Except for the fact that there highest security is at the building entrance itself). It's a tall rise building, probably one of the few of the tallest in Indore.

Worst building I have even seen…lift ka bura haal h….feels like Mumbai local train in the morning 9:30 to 11 AM. Also bhai parking ka to kya hee kahna….i call it - MOUT KA KUWA

Poor maintenance. Daily struggle of using elevator, we use stairs for 12th floor. At Every floor you can find smokers around stairs area. Name of the building should be “Skye Local park” instead of Skye corporate park. No building saftey measurements in terms of fire & other happenings. Poor parking management & cleaning.

There is no common Restroom in the building its jus small cabin office, parking and lift is ok otherwise

They do not even deserve the 1 star. This building is not safe at all. the lift doesn't work, the security guard are useless. I Don't understand what this people are doing, its freaking commercial building they charge so much from each of their office and doesn't and no service at all. Mark my words, There is gonna a big accident very soon in this building in the lift.

One of the Tallest buildings in Indore Lifts always suffers here!

One of the worst buildings I have seen when it comes to management. There is no Refuge area and no safety drills being conducted. This so called corporate building houses multiple offices and there are merely 4 lifts. It is not possible to take a lift and reach your respective floor (until and unless you are ready to wait for 15-20 minutes).The lift space is cramped up and not enough for even 12 people, even though the claims say so. People smoke inside the building, specifically 11th-12th floor and management is not doing anything. There is another fire accident underway (earlier being in May 2023), if this continues. On 12th floor, there is an open space that’s constantly abused for smoking, spitting, littering. This place is not worth being called a “Corporate” office. Despite multiple negative reviews, the place is far from any improvement. Probably the management is sleeping and will wake when another accident happens in the space. Should not even rate it 1 star. Pathetic!
