Lift facility is worst in Indore. Parking lot is not having lights, no proper way of car/ 2 wheeler parking.
Building is good but the trouble makers are their elevators. You need to spend much time in waiting for the lift.
lift is always full, parking not available for common, In rainly seasons evry water leckage in the basement. If you are late then you have to park you car roadside
One of the tallest rooftop corporate office residential retail space in Indore
Only 2 Elevators for 13 to 16 floors out of which one is mostly dead at all time which creates chaos at peak hours… Power backup is also very poor.
Worst lift experience

Lift/Elevator facilities is worst. It's not sufficient as per headcount. Need to wait 15-20 min to catch the lift.
Everything is good ust the office smell and structure , we have been suffering for lock and bio metric and unknown source smell i the office whch is very suffocating and there is not solution of it till yet. I really dont know how we are going to be alive here
It is far from the city but it is a good place where you will find three pubs together. There is still a lot of office space vacant in this building
