Alphawizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

I had an extremely negative experience with Alphawiz, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. They are not even worth to be provided with this one star. They engaged in unethical business practices and cheated us. From the beginning, Alphawiz made promises they did not deliver on. They misrepresented their capabilities and expertise, leading us to believe they were capable of meeting our requirements. However, as the project progressed, it became evident that they lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their commitments. Furthermore, Alphawiz took advantage of us financially. They initially provided a reasonable cost estimate but consistently increased the charges throughout the project without justifiable reasons. This blatant dishonesty and greed left us feeling cheated and financially burdened. Communication with Alphawiz was abysmal. They were unresponsive and failed to provide timely updates on the project's progress. It was incredibly frustrating to be kept in the dark and left wondering about the status of our project. In addition to their unethical practices, the quality of their work was subpar. The final deliverables fell far short of our expectations, with numerous errors, glitches, and functionality issues. It was clear that Alphawiz did not put in the necessary effort or attention to detail required to produce a satisfactory outcome. Moreover, when we expressed our dissatisfaction and raised concerns, Alphawiz showed a complete lack of accountability. They brushed off our complaints and were unwilling to rectify their mistakes or provide any form of compensation for the damages caused. Overall, my experience with Alphawiz was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Their unethical business practices, financial exploitation, poor communication, and substandard workmanship have left us feeling cheated and betrayed. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and seek out more reputable and trustworthy alternatives.

I am very happy to contribute feedback on the interactions as a customer of Alphawizz Technologies Pvt Ltd especially for a member of your staff with a great work ethic. I have engaged with Shruti during the period of the Project Name- Dynamic Website for BasilEnterprises, Bangalore, during this time she is noted for the administration of overall website development and as a Team Lead. To date she has managed approx. 20-25 pages of my requirement on International Standard Classic website, all requiring accuracy and timely implementation. This is one of the major components of the project, insuring the connectivity to each linked design excellent and flawless and hosting it on the in the new web server location. The activity is further complicated because it requires the adherence to the Basil Enterprises process, procedures and tools. There as been a few occasions when reliance on her ability to work extremely quickly outside the usual working hours have helped to resolve any design or connectivity issues. For these reasons I commend Shruti’s attitude and commitment to her role and the impact it has had on this project. I would gladly work with her & Alphawizz on any project in the future.

Worst Company , I am making an App with them and they are harassing me for payment calling till 10.pm at night incessant calls and no respect for customers , no patience. There are many other companies with better customer service for your peace of mind, No matter how good a co pany might be. I have no idea how my app is even going to turn out at this point I've already paid more than 2 .5 Lakhs.
