Good company in terms of service they provide. Honestly the only thing I felt is the interior is bit dull, I mean a boring kind they employees should feel a bit cheered up.

Bad company and management is also bad I have to travel 600 km for interview and 10-15 calls for the update and still HR are waiting for updates from management so I don't think so this is the process of any interview. It may admin can delete my review but now this is the feedback and review for this company.

The interview panel was polite and professional, and the discussion was decent. However, the overall interview experience was disappointing due to poor coordination and lack of transparency. I was contacted on Wednesday and asked to come for an interview on the following Tuesday at 12:00 PM. After reaching the office on time, I was made to wait for more than one hour without any proper communication or update. After the waiting period, I was given a form to fill out which included conditions such as a mandatory 2-year bond and a ₹50,000 security cheque deposit. These important terms were not shared before scheduling the interview. When the interview finally started, it was clearly stated that there would be no flexibility or negotiation regarding these policies. This made the entire process feel like a waste of time for candidates who are not comfortable with such terms. I strongly feel that companies should be transparent about such conditions in advance so candidates can make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
