I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process at this company. I was taken through multiple interview rounds and even informed that a third round would be scheduled. Later, I was told there would be an internal discussion and that I would receive an update by the end of the week. However, after all this, I received a generic rejection stating that my skill set did not match the requirements. If there was a mismatch, it should have been identified in the initial stages not after investing significant time and effort across multiple rounds. This reflects poorly on how the interview process is structured and raises concerns about the clarity of their evaluation criteria. The process felt unnecessarily prolonged and inefficient, with a lack of transparency in communication. Candidates invest time, preparation, and effort, and such handling comes across as inconsiderate. I would strongly suggest the company improve its hiring process to be more structured, transparent, and respectful of candidates’ time.
