Mute Web Technologies | Software development company

As an experienced employee, I appreciate the professional work environment and learning opportunities provided at Muteweb Technologies.

Mute Web Technologies did an excellent job designing our website. The site is fast, mobile-friendly, and looks very professional. Their web development team understood our requirements perfectly and delivered on time. Best software and web development company to work with.

I have been working at Mute Web Technologies for the last 5 years. I started here as a Web Designer and later grew into a UI & WordPress Developer role. This company has given me great learning opportunities and practical experience in real client projects. The work environment is supportive, and I have learned a lot professionally during my time here. Grateful to be part of this journey.

I learned WordPress, Frontend Development, Laravel, and React at Muteweb Technology, and my experience was very positive. The training is practical and focused on real-world development, not just theory. The trainers explain concepts clearly and guide students step by step while working on live projects. I gained hands-on experience in building websites, handling backend logic, and creating modern user interfaces. The learning environment is professional, friendly, and supportive. I would definitely recommend Muteweb Technology to anyone who wants to build a strong career in web and frontend development.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The management lacks professionalism, and the work environment is heavily influenced by office politics rather than fairness or performance. Employees are often treated with little respect, and there appears to be no clear or consistent HR policies. It's Very Very Cheap Company & Bad Office politics from Owner side. The company can terminate employees without proper process, leave approvals are difficult, and salary deductions are made without adequate transparency or justification. Despite hard work, there is little to no opportunity for growth, and salary increments are rare. Muteweb this company, there was clear favoritism within the company. Employees who were family members connected to the management appeared to receive much better treatment, including easier access to leave, greater flexibility, and additional benefits. On the other hand, other employees were treated very differently. Leave requests were often rejected, and many employees were expected to work beyond office hours without the same level of consideration. At times, it even felt difficult to leave the office on time despite completing the day's work. In my experience, the overall work culture has had a negative impact on employee morale and mental well-being. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable, respectful, and growth-oriented workplace. This unequal treatment created an unfair work environment and had a negative impact on employee morale.
