Worst Experience, No Customer Service And In The Summer Season They Don't Have Ac In Their Showroom, They Are Putting Fake Reviews On Google By Taking Customer's Phone And Manager Has No Manners How To Talk With Customer And With Their Employees. I'm Looking For E Vehicle Then Search Nearest E Vehicle Showroom & I Get This Ola Showroom Which Is Suggest By Google And Then I Visit The Showroom To Get A Quotation Of Ola And I Ask Some Questions To Sales Person Regarding Ola Vehicle And Suddenly I Saw She's Shouting On Their Employees Like A Immature Person. Some Another Customer Also Standing Their Because They Are Facing Some Issue In Their Vehicle But They Don't Get Any Response From Showroom After Seeing This I Don't Want To Take Quotation From That Showroom. If This Is A Service Before Purchasing A Vehicle Then What Will Happen After Purchase Vehicle? As A Manager She Needs To Understand The Customers Time And Values. Her Behavior is So Rubbish. Their Showroom Deserve 0 Rating. I Don't Remember Their Manager Name Properly, But I Think Her Name Is Ms. Shiva. Please Don't Buy Your Vehicle From There. After This I Never Suggest Anyone To Buy Ola Vehicle.

3 service center of ola, all three closed they only book appointment thought ola app and when we reach to ola center they told it os closed

No service available... you will not get any response, no road side assistance available, no parts available... Nothing. After 1 year only you will face problem of sudden battery drop and your scooty will stop anytime anywhere. When you take the scooty to service centre for repair they will tell u that there are no parts available and 4 months will be required for that part to be back in stock. They will ask you to sell your old scooty and get a new one... So that is the solution they give... Very bad experience... Will advise everyone not to buy is pathetic scooty.
