When I ask for test ride they say shoes is mandatory and even not arranges for just 5 minutes test ride. Worse experience and one girl sitting on main desk have no politeness to talk to customers, they only respect to 5 people if they come to office for query

Teach your staff some professionalism. I Asked for quotation, but your agent did not gave me any info or update over whatsapp. No proper information provided. He said on call that i will send you all the info over whatsapp.

Extremely disappointing experience I booked a Royal Enfield at Jagdish Motor, Indore, over a month ago, and the experience has been frustrating from day one. There is still no confirmed delivery date, and despite visiting the showroom 4–5 times, all I get are postponements and vague answers. Once the booking amount is taken, it feels like the customer is no longer a priority. The showroom itself is poorly managed. No proper seating, no fan, and very poor customer handling. I personally witnessed a customer asking to see the bike he wanted to book, only to be told there was no stock. At the same time, there is a showroom/display bike and a test-ride vehicle. This makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. Then comes the pricing issue. At the time of booking, I was given one price. Now, just before delivery, Sugandha says the price has increased by ₹1,500 and expects the customer to pay it. When I pointed out that the booking was already made, instead of giving a reasonable explanation, I was met with a rude response. If the price change was applicable to an existing booking, this should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking—not at the time of delivery. The sales representative also said that two items could be excluded from the bill. I don't want the windshield because it changes the bike's retro look, and I already have a bike cover. Yet even removing unwanted accessories has become a struggle. 𝗗𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗷 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗶 , please take responsibility for what is happening at your showroom. The problem here isn't just the delayed delivery; it is the lack of transparency, poor communication, unnecessary attitude and complete lack of customer focus. Royal Enfield is a premium motorcycle brand. The customer experience at Jagdish Motor currently does not feel premium at all. Please train your staff to respect customers and more importantly, fix the management of the showroom.
