Royal Enfield Showroom - Jagdish Motors

I’m disappointed with the Royal Enfield service center due to the mismatch in their opening hours. The listed opening time is not accurate—they actually open at least an hour after the stated time. This causes a lot of inconvenience for customers who show up early, expecting timely service. Waiting outside for an hour with no communication or updates reflects poorly on the management and customer service. If there’s a change in timing, it should be clearly communicated on the website, Google Maps, or at the center itself. Royal Enfield is known for its legacy, but experiences like this take away from customer trust. I hope they fix this issue soon.

I have taken my bike shotgun 650 from Jagdish motors in 2024 now on 11 of april 26 i have taken my to jagdish motors for 2nd service which I have done at 9,900 km, I have checked very major issues in my bike which have come after service. Scratches on the headlight of my bike, scratches on the front light cover. They have fitted the front suspension of my bike upside down which I showed my bike back then I fixed those issues. way after 2 days I checked that my bike's engine oil is leaking because of the base plate I saw that after 2 days now I have a question from the Royal Enfield company that why did I purchase the bike worth of 4,48,000 I don't remember the exact amount now but I invested so much money,now because of the service of my bike in such a way that it doesn't matter to the people and they are fixing the spare parts in my bike. By scratching it & they fixing them in a wrong way or position ,also I have been traveling from Mhow Army area, I have taken my bike to Indore jagdish motors service center for around 3 times, because of the service team my time and my money is wasted properly just because of Royal Enfield service team, now after all these issue i'll never gonna take my bike to the service center of Royal Enfield again , they are charging me a lot of money at the service center for the service of my bike but after all this problem its better to take my bike in market even if they charge me twice i dont have any issue because there good in service according to the royal enfield so called official team. This will give me satisfaction that my bike will be in safe hands . Very bad service in royal Enfield I never expected but its my mistake that I have purchased the bike but from now i'll suggest everyone to don't take the RE bikes in future. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY MONEY RE .

I had my Royal Enfield Classic 350 serviced at the Royal Enfield authorized service center, Jagdish Motor, Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 452009. My bike’s mask was damaged, and it appeared that the vehicle was handled roughly and without proper care.

The experience with the staff of Jagdish motors was too good all the staff were dealing with their customers seriously. But the workshop staff was like a defiant behaviour they are not able to satisfy if someone is in a hurry they will never understand. One more thing I dropped my bike for first line service they were delivering it with cleaning and I asked to deliver it as per procedure they told me to come the next day as they will clean and wash it the same on the next day and directly denied to handover the keys and doesn't gave the accurate replies.

मैंने अपनी Jagdish Motor में Royal Enfield की गाड़ी का काफी सारा काम करवाया और सच में मेरा experience बहुत शानदार रहा 😍🏍️ 🔧 गाड़ी में काफी काम था, लेकिन उन्होंने सब कुछ बहुत ही reasonable price 💰 में कर दिया। 🛵 मेरी बाइक को पूरी तरह safe & secure 🔐 रखा गया, जिससे भरोसा और बढ़ गया। ⚡ सबसे अच्छी बात ये रही कि इतना सारा काम उन्होंने सिर्फ एक ही दिन में पूरा कर दिया — service बहुत fast है 🚀 😊 Staff का behaviour भी बहुत polite, friendly और helpful रहा, हर चीज अच्छे से समझाई। 📍 Location भी काफी convenient है और overall पूरा experience बेहद अच्छा रहा ❤️🔥 Royal Enfield वालों के लिए definitely recommended 👍🏍️
