Sahu Auto Mobile - Hero MotoCorp

Staff bahut hi ghatiya hai jhuti jankari deta hai aur documents samay par nahi dete hai gadi bikne ke baad mobile bhi switch off karke baith jate hai

1 Star – Disappointing After-Sales Service at Sahu Hero I purchased a Hero Glamour X 125 from Sahu Hero, but they didn't have the necessary accessories in stock. When I purchased the official accessories online and brought them to the showroom for installation, they demanded an extra service charge just to fit them. Other authorized Hero showrooms handle basic accessory fitting under general assistance without levying extra fees for customers who just bought a vehicle from them. Very poor customer support and greedy behavior—would not recommend servicing here

Very poor service. The staff are very cooperative only at the time of purchasing the bike, but they do not complete the paperwork properly at delivery. Once you buy the bike, they stop responding properly—documents are not provided on time and they do not even answer calls. It has been 2 months since I purchased my bike, but the RTO paperwork is still not completed. Extremely disappointing service.

Good place for bike service The mechanic here has good experience in all kinds of bike service. Also he explains the issue very well so that a normal person could understand. Quick service, nominal rates, perfect service and care for your bike.
