Quality Automobiles - Hero MotoCorp

Very Disappointing Service Experience - I gave my bike for service to get the handle bearing replaced. When I went to collect the bike, I noticed that the petrol indicator was not working. I informed the staff immediately, but instead of accepting responsibility, they blamed me and said the issue must have already been there, which is completely false. This problem was not present before the service. Very unprofessional behavior and poor service quality. Not satisfied at all. I would not recommend this service center. f you own any Hero bike above 150cc, I strongly suggest avoiding this service center.

I visited Quality Automobiles expecting professional service, but it turned out to be completely opposite. Staff was unprofessional and careless, and they had no proper knowledge about the vehicles I inquired about. Even after multiple follow-ups, my issue was not resolved, and they kept making false promises. Not recommended at all—better to go to an authorized and transparent dealer instead of wasting time here.
