“I highly recommend this business.” Their customer service is just amazing. The store is reliable and honest and they offer best price in the town.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went there to repair my cycle and they told me that it will cost me around ₹350 to repair the cycle. So I told them to repair it. After they repaired it they told me to pay them ₹600. When I asked them why to pay them ₹600, they lied to me that they said that it will cost ₹600 in the first place. After I argued with them they started shouting at me and told me to pay the whole money. So I told them to remove the parts they have added in the cycle and give me my cycle. So they agreed but they still wanted me to pay them ₹150 for the efforts they made to put and remove the parts. After a lot of shouting and arguing, I was forced to pay them ₹600. I was robbed. I would recommend anyone to go to any other cycle store but not this, especially if you don't want to get ROBBED.

"Disappointed! Bought a new cycle for my daughter just a month ago and already the brakes have stopped working and broke down. Safety concerns and poor quality are a major letdown. Rating: 1/5"

Worst cycle dealer. Very bad behavior. Cycle delivered with issues and our child is not able to ride it and when asked them to fix the issues, they are asking to bring it back to showroom on customer's expense. Talking rediculous and non-sense. If they have sold new cycle with delivery charges and if there is any issue it is their responsibility to send service guy to fix the issue or pick the cycle, fix it and deliver it back. Why customer will bear this unnecessary cost.
