OM SAI AUTOMOBILES HONDA SHOWROOM

Dear Honda Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service experience I had today at Om Sai Automobiles, an authorized Honda service center, where I had brought my Honda Unicorn bike for servicing. To my shock, the condition of the service center was extremely poor and absolutely not in line with the standards expected from a reputed brand like Honda. Here are some key concerns I would like to highlight: Unhygienic Environment: The area was filled with foul smell, flies, and lacked proper cleanliness and ventilation. Lack of Basic Infrastructure: There was no electricity, and I was informed that the bike cannot be washed due to this issue. When I questioned this, the lady manager sarcastically replied, "My father is not in the electricity board, how can I tell when it will come back?"—which I found highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Understaffing: There was only one mechanic available at the service center. He refused to work on the shock absorber of my bike, stating that the task requires two people. I don’t understand how this becomes the customer’s fault when there is a clear manpower shortage. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and has lowered my trust in Honda’s dealership standards. I request you to escalate this matter to the concerned authorities and take immediate corrective action. Please acknowledge this complaint and keep me informed of the steps being taken to address it.
