Mangalam Bajaj provides the worst service to its customers. They trouble their own people and acquaintances. They do the work first, parking the vehicle by number does not matter here, they do the service as per their own wish, this is the worst work.

अत्यंत घटिया अनुभव - मंगलम बजाज (एयरपोर्ट रोड, कलानी नगर, इंदौर) से सावधान!" ​हमने 11 मार्च 2026 को इस शोरूम से नई गाड़ी खरीदी थी, लेकिन जो मानसिक प्रताड़ना हमें यहाँ मिली है, वह असहनीय है। नई गाड़ी की डिलीवरी के समय ही उसमें टूटा हुआ मेन स्टैंड लगा था, सीट कवर और हैंड ग्रिप जैसी बुनियादी एक्सेसरीज गायब थीं। ​सबसे शर्मनाक बात यहाँ के स्टाफ का व्यवहार है। 'भारत' नाम के कर्मचारी ने काम ठीक करने के नाम पर हमें घंटों शोरूम में बिठाकर रखा, बार-बार चक्कर लगवाए और मेरा समय बर्बाद किया। एक महिला ग्राहक से बात करने का उसे रत्ती भर भी सलीका नहीं है। ​जब हमने इसकी शिकायत मैनेजर से की, तो समाधान देने के बजाय उन्होंने अहंकार की सारी हदें पार कर दीं। मैनेजर का कहना था कि "गाड़ी लेकर आपने हम पर कोई एहसान नहीं किया है।" क्या बजाज जैसी बड़ी कंपनी अपने ग्राहकों के साथ इसी तरह का बर्ताव करती है? ​मुख्य समस्याएं: ​नई गाड़ी में टूटा हुआ पार्ट (Main Stand) दिया गया। ​अधूरी एक्सेसरीज के साथ डिलीवरी। ​स्टाफ और मैनेजर का महिला ग्राहक के प्रति बदतमीज और अहंकारी व्यवहार। ​सर्विस के नाम पर घंटों का मानसिक तनाव और समय की बर्बादी। ​मैं इंदौर के सभी लोगों को सलाह दूँगी कि इस शोरूम (मंगलम बजाज) में अपना पैसा और स्वाभिमान दांव पर न लगायें। यहाँ ग्राहकों की कोई इज्जत नहीं है।
