Worst service provider deliver bike was scratched and most of the screw were not in place Regarding service store is not opened at given time and have to wait for 1 hour as the staff to come and open center Call not received by center and also make the phone number switched off Number plate not given after 1 month of delivery and registration card still in pending process WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BAJAJ

Sir, I went to your Annapurna Manglam Bajaj showroom for service on 10/06/24. I told the service man that the chain needs to be lubricated, he also took the charges for that, but he did not do anything about it Then it has been 10 days since then, there is a cracking sound in my chain, please fix this, still he did not do anything about it Now my bike is getting a lot of noise, my whole bike is in bad condition Really, I am feeling like abusing you a lot but what should I do, I request you to solve my problem please

Worst ever service centre… I gave bike 10 days ago but still it is not repaired and took around 14k .. and at the time of delivery they told me to hold up to next 10 days when I visited there office and also do not responds on call as well…

The new staff is very rude and only two mechanics are daily doing service of around 60 bikes due to which the service quality is terrible 😞 I went to fix disk brake issue of my pulsar but the attender was rude and asked to come tomorrow and again I went next day and he denied to help saying mechanic staff is very busy😞 Mangalam Bajaj is now focusing on sales only. Better try Sojatia Bajaj service center for getting best service for your bike.
