- Staff is very rude and arrogant. - Not recommended for servicing. - Instead of any inspection they will directly add charges for spare parts. - They will waste your time, staff is lazier then public sector banks.

Very good experience for mangalam bajaj airport road
Bad experience at kalani nagar showroom.A lot of staff roaming here and there uselessly. They took 1and 1/2 hours just to fix seat cover and handle grip. They were not even sure of the overall price of bikethemselves at the first instance. Lastly, I wanted to opt for number of my own choice. Even that was not entertained. They lazily claimed that I didn't submitted amount and RTO tax is already processesed. Nothing can be done. If anyone wants to deal with this showroom, you have to be very tight by yourselves
KINDLY PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER. Most bogus and fradulent dealer, specially if you went for servicing. They are replacing correctly working spare parts of your bike just to increase your bill. Also for spare parts they are asking arbitary price. I went there for indicator bulb of pulsar they are asking ₹ 200/- for bulb only which I bought in ₹ 58/- from other dealer.
Service quality not satisfied. Yesterday I received my pulser 150 after first service then more vibration and extra engine sound grew up.
