I am sharing my recent experience at the Bicholi Mardana Road, Indore franchise of Cycle World, and honestly, it was very disappointing. I submitted my son’s cycle for servicing on 14th February 2026 and was promised delivery on Sunday at 6 PM. On Sunday, I was informed that it was not ready and asked to collect it on Monday instead. Delays can happen — that’s understandable. However, what was shocking was the condition of the cycle at the time of delivery. After “servicing,” the cycle was returned completely dirty. When I raised the issue, the staff casually said that they only polish the cycle and do not wash it. As a customer, when we give a cycle for servicing, we expect basic cleaning and proper finishing — especially after a delay in delivery. The overall experience felt careless and unprofessional. A franchise carries the brand name, and such service standards affect trust. I am sharing pictures of the cycle’s condition so others can judge themselves. Before giving your cycle for servicing here, I would suggest you clearly ask what is actually included in their “service.” Very disappointed.
