Very good service By Chandan TVS hope in future also mentioned that the same.

"Extremely disappointed with Chandan Automobile. Despite my vehicle (MP09 ZJ7370) being a 2023 model under warranty, they are refusing warranty claims for FI components by calling them 'Electronic.' They demanded ₹7000 for parts replacement without providing any Diagnostic Report or OBD Error Code. This is a clear case of Unfair Trade Practice and violation of the Consumer Protection Act. I have already raised Case ID: 01861013 Thanks for the reply, but providing a toll-free number isn't a solution. I have already raised a formal complaint on Twitter (X) with Case ID: 01861013. Your team is denying warranty on a 2023 model by labeling parts as 'Electronic' and demanding ₹7000 without any OBD report. Stop redirecting me to customer care and take responsibility as the owner. I will ensure this unfair trade practice is highlighted until I get a proper resolution.

Very poor experiance, after sell service is so bad, staff se soo poor, don't but anything from here, I bought apache 1604v dual channel abs , recently I gave for service due to leakage of oil seal in usd, they kept my bike for 3 days and return without work...so don't go there
