I purchased a TVS Jupiter 110 from Chandan TVS Motors, Indore, and the experience has been disappointing. The showroom claimed they would provide 1.5 litres of petrol at delivery, but when I reached the petrol pump, 5 litres were filled into a tank that holds just over 5 litres — clearly indicating that the claim was misleading. After 15 days, I visited the showroom to collect my number plate, and they denied it despite me showing proof of payment from the same day of the vehicle handover. This shows a clear lack of transparency and responsibility from the dealership. Overall, the sales promises and post-delivery support were far from satisfactory. I do not recommend this dealership.

We had a great experience. The sales team explained all the details of the vehicle properly.

Worst experience, manager was so rude, she had no sense of talking, she was loud and fighting with instead of helping.. no one could handle her as she was the manager I would advise to not visit this branch who don’t even know how to serve their customer…!!!!!! Other staff was calm and good except her but manager it’s self was rude and arrogant..

Met dikhsa , she is very well versed with all the information,booked Jupiter in single visit...overall nice experience... Today 11 apr 2026 , visited for service.. Unfortunately service center yet not opened..online showing working hours 9am to 8pm... Kindly update working hours online as well if it is not 9am to 8pm...
