Very poor service the servicing staff was doing always timepass and not talking with good behaviour, for 2 min work they take more than one hour Don't like the service staff

Worst Service mens and manager actually the whole showroom is worst. They don't do work on there committed time. They don't care about your vehicle they scratch my vehicle with screwdriver whole paint came off and then they say it's a small problem nothing to worry about that. Did they pay for my vehicle?? Or they can remove that scratch cost free. Worst service centre visited by me in my 20years of my driving life.I don't recommend to anyone to go Chandan TVS. Worst of worst . Even when you tell you there problem that is still having same problem in my vehicle they say we will repair it on next servising and on next servising they all denied from there commitment. Don't go to Chandan TVS.

Good experience of chandan tvs all staff behavior good

Don't visit this low grade service centre. They can't work on there committed time. They don't know how to talk they don't understand your problems. They committe 12 days to give my vehicle back but they take 22 days to give back my vehicle. After turning on my vehicle i show them a problem and that say there is no problem in vehicle maybe connection wire is unconnected well will do it on next servising When I visited on my servising time now they all denied to do that work and telling me we have to change whole wire with that part. They do even my vehicle intentionally I saw that with my eyes today. First of all you are not doing your work perfectly then when I came for resolving my problem there service mens scratching my vehicle with screwdriver. Good job.. Never ever gonna recommend any one to visit Chandan TVS you wanna buy vehicle go to Dugar TVS you want servicing go take your free servicing there and then even a road side machanic can do a much batter servicing compair to this service mens. DO NOT GO TO CHANDAN TVS.

Before visiting the store I was a bit reluctant, considering the reviews here. But some how I went there. I’m really happy by the way I was treated over there, also the staff was cooperative while answering my queries. I got my Jupiter from here, & I feel you can also trust them.
