⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing service experience at Shyam Honda Gandhi nagar 2-Wheeler Service Centre. My vehicle was used for personal purposes without my consent. They kept me waiting for additional 1/2 hr aa vehicle was not available. Despite making the full service payment, the vehicle was not even washed. Instead, I was given ₹60 as compensation for the missed washing. When I questioned this, the response was extremely rude and the service boy showed no concern whatsoever. Customers expect their vehicles to be handled responsibly and respectfully. Very poor service and customer handling.
