Very good service given by anushka tvs specially rajni mam. Process was so simple and very warm welcome given by showroom good staff and good hospitality.

Very very poor. Experience. I ordered High security number plate with fitment centre at Anushka Automotive Pvt Ltd. I reached as per my appointment scheduled. The person in the white shirt was not helpful at all. The service center staff gave me the number plate and told me to get it fitted. I told them that the fitment charges are included and asked them to check, but they refused to install it. When I said I would file a complaint, they replied, “Go ahead and do whatever you want.” So next time, keep this experience in mind before going. Otherwise, everything else is okay. Jai hind.

हमको अनुष्का शोरूम से गाड़ी लेने पे बहुत अच्छा लगा सभी स्टाफ ने अच्छे से सभी फीचर्स के बारे में बताया और सभी लोगों का बहुत अच्छा व्यवहार रहा ।

Insaan apni mehnat ki kamai se gadi leta hai, lekin in logon ko sirf bechne se matlab hai. Maine yahan se gadi li aur same day hi problem shuru ho gayi. Next day showroom gaye to bas halka sa kaam karke wapas bhej diya. Tab se har 8–10 din me gadi kharab ho jati hai aur har baar paise lagte hain. Sabse badi baat — ye log DEFECTIVE piece customer ko pakda dete hain aur baad me responsibility lene ko tayyar nahi hote. Agar aap bhi yahan se gadi lene ka soch rahe ho to pehle achhe se check kar lena, warna baad me sirf pareshani hi milegi. Bahut hi ghatiya experience raha.

Very bad experience with Anushka TVS. They don’t know how to talk properly with customers. At the time of delivery they showed us one model, but after completing all the process they changed the model. Very disappointing service and poor communication. I would never suggest anyone purchase from here.
