Chetak - Electric Scooter Experience Centre

Good experience and all over is good and smart 🤓 …

Nice staff

Extremely bad experience! I booked a Chetak and was assured that I would get the delivery on Sunday.when I arrived on Sunday to collect my scooter, they started forcing me to buy the top model and not even in the colour I had originally booked. To make matters worse, the manager, Abhijeet garde laughed and said that the booking deposit was just a piece of paper and held no value. He said he doesn't work for chetak as well but selling chetak, ironical :) Is this how you treat your customers? Making promises during booking and then refusing to honour them is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Our experience with the Chetak showroom has been extremely disappointing. We purchased an electric scooter, but the entire process was frustrating due to **late delivery, changes in the promised pricing, and unprofessional behaviour from the sales executives**. The commitments made at the time of booking were not properly honoured, and the staff were not at all cooperative when we tried to address our concerns. A customer expects transparency, timely delivery, and respectful service, but unfortunately, we did not receive any of these. The sales team seemed least interested in resolving our issues. **Highly dissatisfied with the customer service and overall experience.** I would not recommend this showroom unless they improve their professionalism, communication, and customer handling.

Worst showroom to book , promised helmet and diwali offer and denied it at delivery
