I’d like to share my disappointment with the recent service I received at your Honda showroom pipliyahana, The communication was unclear, the turnaround time was much longer than promised, and the issues with my vehicle were not fully resolved and he is taken 1000rs. I expected a higher level of professionalism and reliability. Please look into this matter, as this experience has made me reconsider returning for future service.

Please purchase two wheeler from them they have very good sales team and support but please don't go for any service because their after sale support is pathetic.... they will treat your two wheeler as bad they can and they just focus on making bills and not customer feeling with their two wheeler.... Even they don't bother to address queries instead they just talk to you in a very in appropriate way and not sure who is supporting them because if we warn them for complaint they straight away away away please do nothing will happen

बहुत खराब सर्विस सेंटर है। मैंने अपनी दोपहिया गाड़ी सर्विस के लिए दी थी, लेकिन काम बिल्कुल संतोषजनक नहीं हुआ। स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी अच्छा नहीं था और काम में लापरवाही साफ दिखाई देती है। पैसे पूरे लेते हैं लेकिन सर्विस की क्वालिटी बिल्कुल भी अच्छी नहीं है। मैं किसी को भी यहां सर्विस कराने की सलाह नहीं दूंगा।

On Activa Servicing/repairing point of view they are not good. You can't be sure that they did all the work requested from them related to internal parts change/repair. Twice happened with me that for which I gave my activa they didn't did a proper servicing. When I gave my activa half tank petrol was there but when they returned it in a day the petrol wasn't there. Avoid giving the activa for repairing at Pipliyahana branch.
