Service supervisor behaviour is worst even vehicle was not properly washed when I came to collect vehicle. Bad experiences here, I don't recommend

Very poor response from staff. I purchased Activa 6G from here. I arrived at 02:45pm on 24 May 2022 but vehicle not delivered till 06:30pm. They have no value of time of customers. Even they don't deserve 1 star rating.

Due to only one honda showroom in area, the services are pathetic. No one wants to attend the Coustumer and the ones attending, dont have any idea about even activa. horrible service too, they don't have most of the parts in the service center too. Worse welcome you can ever receive. No one is willing to work here. Visit this place only if you have a low self esteem

Very poor servicing at service station of showroom. According to charges apply there is no value for money. I think should not give even 1 star also.

इंदौर शहर का सबसे घटिया और लुटेरा सर्विस सेंटर, अनु-उपयोगी पार्ट्स एड करना , तीन मुफ्त सर्विस के नाम पर ग्राहकों को लूटना व बेवकूफ बनाना और इनके कर्मचारी द्वारा गैर-जिम्मेदाराना तरीके से गाड़ियो की सर्विस करना सरासर बेइमानी भरा है।। आप सभी से आग्रह है कि आप किसी दूसरे सर्विस सेंटर पर अपनी गाड़ियों का सर्विस करवाले लेकिन कासलीवाल सर्विस सेंटर पर कभी न जाएं ये सर्विस के नाम पर ग्राहकों को सरासर लूट रहे हैं
