They are doing changes in Client RC without Client Consent. And when I am informed him they refused to resolve the issue.

Worst service ever. They will ask to leave your bike to get better service. And they will just change the parts .Even a gao wala mistri is better than these people. I have taken the Annual maintainance but not satisfied.Worst Suzuki dealer in INDORE .Do not take risk with your bike...

This service centre is very worst service centre,I give them my acess 125 for servicing on Dec 2021,now my vehicle had many problems after servicing from this centre ,1 and 2 times I ignored this problems and give them money very honestly but on third time ,my engine become blocked due to scarcity of engine as tell by a mechanic of other center ,but I give my acess 125 for servicing before 2 month of it ,this reality of this service centre.

One star for service. A team of highly unprofessional staff. No one does their job seriously. I brought my access 125 for general service last week. First, the service advisor didn't mention all the problems in job card. Second, the mechanic didn't fix all the problems, & gave some new problems. They replaced some new parts saying it was broken, but I know it wasn't. My scooter oil started leaking & self start now don't work properly. I fixed it from outside. And finally billing, they can't even make the bills properly. I asked the cashier if part A & B is also replaced or not, as it wasn't mentioned in the bill, then he realised his mistake & made one more bill. In sort " ekdum ghar jaisa maahol hai, khud khade ho ke repair karao aur bill banwao, inke bharose mat chhodna gaadi" This was the first & last time at Raj Suzuki. I will go back to my old service center at MG road. Thanks for reading.
