Smooth process and very polite staff behavior.

One of the worst service centre for TVS. Initially they ask ppl to wait while taking vehicles for around one hour. I was facing a particular problem in my vehicle when I have them for servicing, but when I received the vehicle the problem remains intact. Fir kis baat ki service ki. Second they don't have coordination with in there team , tele calling team called us that my vehicle is ready but when I went , I was kept waiting as the service team has not taken the vehicle for service, and when I asked them they quickly service the vehicle within 15 min. I asked them whether the problem was addressed they said ok but my problem was not solved. Worst experience ever. Please select a local mechanic for service or search some other tvs workshop but avoid Satbhaiyya for servicing ur vehicle.

I am very disappointed with the service at Satyabham TVS. At the time of service, I clearly informed them about the issues in my vehicle, but they did not resolve the problems properly. The service quality is very poor and not satisfactory. I request the management to improve their service and respond properly to customer complaints.
