Very worst showroom. Purchased bajaj pulsar n160.from. showroom. Bike getting sounds from gear box engine etc. they are saying go to agency n all. Non cooperative staff. Not visiting again !

Service done by the center is very poor and staff is educated to deal with customer

I'm sorry to write a poor review of a Bajaj Service Station ie. Sojatiya Bajaj but I had a horrible experience with a very rude staff member, particularly the so-called manager Mr.Sandeep Dwivedi. He is very arrogant, rude and doesn't want to listen to the complaint of the customer. I booked my bike service here but I am very disappointed with the response. I was told that my bike service bill is- Rs 1490/ and When I am ready to pay my bill via my credit card the billing person said that they charge 2% extra, I am ready to pay the amount, I asked about the receipt of the amount that is paid by me, but they refused, and told me that better you talked to our manager, who is the very unmatured person not other than Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi. He don’t want to listen to my concern and said.- आपको जो करना हैं कर दो, जहाँ. जिससे कंप्लेंट करना हैं कर दो, हमारे यहाँ ऐसा ही होता हैं, मैं ऐसा ही हूँ, हम खुद अपने मैनेजमेंट से परेशान हैं | When I asked about the complaint book he said- कर लो यह भी कोशिश, मेरा कुछ नहीं होना हैं | सर, मेरा आपसे बस निवेदन हैं कि अगर हम सर्विस सेक्टर में हैं तो हमें व हमारे कर्मचारी को ग्राहक की बातें तो समझना चाहिए | आपसे निवेदन हैं कि अपने स्टाफ को बर्ताव में कुछ परिवर्तन करने को अगर आप बोलेंगे तो ग्राहक के लिए अच्छा होगा | My Bill Invoice Number is- CINV103742200054

Worst dealership in indore. Non-cooperative staff, with coarse language, damaged vehicle are sold. Very lousy paper work and service too. Wouldn’t recommend at all
