Ather Electric Scooter Showroom in MG Road, Indore

Problems in 450X Dear all, Ather is the worst service and customer support that anyone can expect. I am pained and in agony that every time i ve sent the vehicle for service i have issues and that the vehicle is spolit more and returned .

What the hell !!! No esponse from the service center They are missbehaving with us No proper work with my ather bike. They are not giving services which were told before purchasing. They are misleading to us with their new policy. I want instant action regarding my issue otherwise we are heading towards major action against ather company by the help of law. Very irresponsible..... Need response right now

Staff very incompetent and cheap. Aastha Jain was the one we had to deal with while buying our vehicle. She doesn't know how to speak to customers. Recently, when I went to get the number plate fixed Prachi Bhargav was the staff member who behaved in a wrong manner with me. She had the number plate and when I wanted to see it she snatched it away as if I were some thief and kept asking me to fill the feedback form otherwise the number plate won't be given. I need to get this matter reach to the head and take action otherwise I'll make sure to do so myself.

Do not buy Ather . Service and resolution zero h. Appointment le le kar paresan ho jaoge. Pr kaam nhi hoga. Poor service h.

Too much disappointed from Ather showroom staff. I visited the showroom on 15.4.22 but after waiting for 15min not a single person attend us . No customer support. But i liked near by showroom of AMPERE. They are very Attentive and customer helpful. Plz visit there only not Ather.
