Ather Electric Scooter Showroom in MG Road, Indore

They are providing worst service and there behavior is also rude and after hour of request they listen our probles but they don't have the solution . Have worst experience with this ather workshop Do not purchase Ather. Service not provided.

Worst services, They charges for your credit card as well as debit card transaction, UPI has limit constraint as we have to transfer 174000 aprx so you need to go with cash in this cashless world (RTGs and all also have constraint). They suggested to get cash from ATM, how could I take cash of 1.74L cash from ATM?? This is really very painful. By this kind of service we have changed our mind and visited OLA experience centre and booked ola s1 pro, in 1.5L that was card payment without extra charges. @Ather is loosing the customers relationship, sells and also the customers just because of this kind of service from Dealers

Nice and clean showroom Polite behaviour of staff.

Sunday it was closed and no one was there to attend, thought chosing ather would be the right choice but ather sales service is poor, the guard literally stopped us entering the showroom saying its closed

Maybe the scooter is good, the centre is definitely not..have waited 4.5 hours (still waiting as I write the review) to get the vehicle.. the centre needs a lot to learn on how to handle customers..plus the tea they serve is horrible..there is a lot more to speak about the bad experiences faced but i will stop for the time being

I took a test ride of Ather scooter What superb acceleration it has, it gives a feel of a motorbike, good gorind clearance, doesnt not bounce like an Activa, very stable at high speed, very good in cornering & light weight in cutting & handling, mono shock suspension 👌🏻 Thrilling experience On road price is 1.38 lacs & other variant is 1.58 lacs

Umar bhai bhut acha kaam krte h👌 …

instant service always one of the best service ather provide in indore

Bahut Bekar Service hai ! Gadi Service ke bad bhi Aawaj kar rhi hai ! And Service pr lekr jao toh 5-6 Hour bad bhi Gadi ki problem solve nahi hoti hai ! Employee behavior not good .
