Ather Electric Scooter Showroom in MG Road, Indore

One of the worst showroom experiences, the staff are not trained and are VERY unprofessional! The company needs to take some serious actions regarding this. We paid for the top model of ather rizta but due to their internal issues, couldn't get our vehicle after more than three hours of sitting. No paperwork was done efficiently and every worker wandered around as if our delivery was child's play. The store closed down and every employee left the store without delivering us the scooter for which we paid for already, the invoice for scooter was also misprinted and was a huge blunder for the bank statement. I hope you understand the severity of this situation and the carelessness of the employees. Would not recommend buying from this showroom.

Vehicle is excellent staff is too good specially "Dipti Thakur" was excellent for nice behavior and presentation as well as familiar touch with us.

🚨 Facing serious issues with Ather Experience Center, Indore (AB Road branch) during my 450 Apex booking. Thread 🧵: 1/ Booked my 450 Apex on 23/06/2025 after being promised accessories like TPMS, Handmade Helmet & a customized Delight Kit by the sales team. 2/ Vehicle delivered on 04/07/2025. When I confirmed with customer support, they said all these accessories were discontinued since April 2024. 3/ I contacted my sales rep, Siddhi Maheshwai, who assured me I’d still receive all promised items. Trusting her, I went ahead with the vehicle. 4/ 30+ days later, no accessories delivered. Complaints with proof submitted—no help from the Experience Center or customer support. 5/ Today, customer support outright denied providing the promised accessories. Feeling helpless after genuinely paying ~2 Lakh INR for my vehicle. 6/ Extremely disappointed with Ather’s approach—promises made, but nothing honored. Will be escalating for compensation. Customers deserve better! #Ather450Apex #CustomerExperience #Indore
