Doshi honda Nipania Worst service centre they just looting customers my activa battery didn’t have any issues but they said we have too change also I denied for this they didn’t service my activa and returned without servicing they are fraud and workshop incharge Mr Mohit don’t have the etiquette how to treat customers and he refused to service my activa also he came to the workshop 9.40 am then the workshop open but workshop timings is 9.30 am what a service totally worst

Be cautious before visiting this service center. I witnessed a case where a customer was charged an additional ₹200 for servicing his bike because he came for service after one month, even though the bike had only run 460 km. On the same day, I got my bike serviced, but they overlooked an issue I had clearly mentioned in the service form. When I returned the next day to get it resolved, they made me fill out the form again and demanded extra charges, even though I had already paid ₹650 for the service and ₹200 for clutch cleaning. For comparison, the same service could be done at a local shop for around ₹250. Overall, I am very disappointed with their service and unreasonable pricing.

Worst behaviour of the sales people. We went there to get the quotation and details of Honda sp 125. When we asked for test drive they were acting like we are thieves who will run away with their bike. One of the staff member make my mother who was waiting in the showroom call me thrice to return even when we took a test drive of 1.5 km.
