Petal Yamaha Showroom (Annapoorna Rd)

I wanted a decent but light weight bike and not sure about any particular brand. So I went to almost every bike showroom available in Indore. But the treatment I received from Petal YAHAMA made me decide that if I want to buy a bike it will be from Petal just because of its supportive staff. I went almost 10 times before making any decision and they attended me in very respectfull manner every single time. Even I spent around 2 hours just before making my final decision. And man, they really helped me a lot. I am very thank full to them for bearing with a customer like me, as I am very picky about anything I purchase. Thanks Petal for such an awesome experiance. I'll will update this review soon with their workshop experience after 1st servicing.

Not satisfied. No pick up arranged inspite of 2 days of follow-up. For getting service they called continuously for a week. No pick up arranged ,when I called they didn't even bothered to receive the call. Pathetic behaviour.

Poor service experience. Problems start to come within few days after servicing. And then again you have to pay your hard earned money to rectify the problem. I had a problem with my bike's battery regulator and I visited the service center directly. They did not even check for any problem and told me to come next day and the meter was gone by the night. Now I had to buy a new meter. If the manager would have helped me, I would not have to expend this extra 2500 ruppes for the meter.
