Real experience good staff trendy bicycle

A few days ago, I bought a geared bicycle from the Cycle World store in Vijay Nagar. Within just a few days, the bicycle broke down. When I took it in for repairs, the technician told me that the gears needed to be replaced. I agreed and specifically asked him to install high-quality gears, even better than the original ones. However, after a few days, the entire chain got ruined and the gears failed again. It is highly disappointing that despite charging so much money, I was sold such a poor-quality, defective bicycle."

"Had an amazing buying experience at The Cycle World today! Bought a new bicycle for my son, and he absolutely loves it. Great collection, reasonable pricing, and very supportive staff who helped with proper fitting and guidance. 5/5 stars for their service!"

Very disappointing experience with this cycle store. I purchased a cycle worth ₹17,000 on 17 June 2026. Since then, I have already had to visit the store 4–5 times because some issue or another kept coming up. Recently, the rear wheel axle broke, so I left my cycle at the store on 19 September. It has now been 15 days, and they still haven't been able to arrange the required part. Whenever I call, I am told, “You will definitely get it the day after tomorrow.” But every time I call again after two days, I get the same response: “The part is on the way.” This is extremely frustrating and shows a serious lack of after-sales service. I’m not sure whether this issue is specific to this particular outlet or if customers face the same problem at their other outlets as well, but my experience with this outlet has been very disappointing. Very disappointed with the overall experience and after-sales support.

Excellent service
