Kawasaki Indore

I am still wondering how a Kawasaki Dealership can have such crude and I'll mannered staff. So I receive a call back (since they did not pick my call the first time) and very rudely get asked who I was and why I was calling. Upon asking if this is the way they spoke to customers the answer I got was a resounding YES. The guy then gave rhe phone to the service manager who hopefully understood the situation and apologised. However the damage was done. You cannot treat a prospective customer who is willing to spend 10 lakh on a bike like this. You will lose sales and reputation. All the best to them with this attitude.

Purchased a Vulcan 650 on 27/10/2022. The showroom staff is supportive, although they didn't provided a single accessory as promised on delivery. Which is kind of fine. The real pain dealing with Kawasaki is their RTO agent. Its almost 6 months, and I am following up with Kawasaki and their RTO agent on weekly basis to get my RC sent. From past 2 months they are promising next Monday. But that Monday hasn't come yet. So if you are like me who kind of don't like chasing people after paying what they are supposed to do, Get it registered yourself!! Will be faster and economical. This one thing has wiped all the good experience I had with Kawasaki.

I started journey from Mumbai towards Ujjain M.P on my Z900. But my bike started giving minor breakdowns in the middle of the journey. I contacted Mr. Deepesh in showroom. He asked me to bring the bike in the showroom. He made sure that everything will be sorted with other general check up. Had best experience with him and with the showroom. A Great Place & A Great Team of Kawasaki. I had the best experience at Kawasaki Indore Showroom. Planning to buy the Z900. At the first I was amazed with the Warm Hospitality and the ambience. The staff is supportive, though there were some delays but the staff handled it well.

We have visited for W175 in jan 26 but they told it was available to see after march only, Kawasaki should look into commuter bike segment also. At least one vehicle should be always available to see at showroom if it shown on official website.
