Very bad service, No proper response. I serviced my vehicle from Nexa and clearly instruct that car will be driven to approx 1000 km , so request you to do the service properly, no problem will be come on road , but service manager takes the instructions causally, and do the work lethargically,, 1. Manager knows customer is fool and no higher official from maruti suzuki will question related to service failure. 2. Manager knows he is the prime decision maker and no one above them to question. When Engine cleaned at service centre in Indore, patel motors, water went inside spark plug, and car stopped at 159 km run on highway. I have face problem on highway with my family, Any how I arrange alternative and reach my Location, then I again service my car in authorised service centre they found the resion, due to water went inside the spark plugs car stopped, engine misfire. Due to that they suggest to change all 4 nos spark plug and changed. Because of Nexa Patel moter not follow the procedure, I have wasted my money. Who is responsible for loss ? Who is responsible for mental stres and harrasment i went through?

I just visited your True Value showroom today with the clear intent to purchase a car, but what I experienced was absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. Your sales staff was shockingly unprofessional, disinterested, and downright rude. Not a single person had the courtesy or basic professionalism to even attend to us properly. We stood there waiting, clearly indicating our interest to buy, yet no one bothered to show us a single car. It was as if we were invisible. Is this how you treat serious buyers? Your team’s attitude was arrogant, lazy, and completely careless. If this is how True Value handles customers, it’s no surprise that people lose trust in big names. This wasn’t customer service — this was customer insult. I wasted my time, energy, and expectation for what turned out to be the worst dealership experience ever. If your team isn’t interested in selling, then why are they even there? Sort out your staff and your attitude — or stop calling yourselves a “Value” provider.

Never ever anyone visit this true value because 1st they offer you price according to your budget then they change price when want to lock the deal and try to sell their dead stock to you very bad condition cars basically they are fooling customer and charge extra prices also.
