Extremely disappointing experience with Satguru Jeep Indore and Jeep India. I am a Jeep Compass owner and have been facing an unresolved issue despite multiple follow-ups with both the dealership and customer support. Repeated responses stating that the matter has been “escalated” have resulted in no actual resolution, explanation, or timeline. Additionally, I was charged ₹19,000 under “Logistics/Freight” over and above the ex-showroom price, without any proper justification or supporting invoice. Further, ₹8,985 was charged under “Business Allied Services,” which was never disclosed prior to payment, nor has any detailed breakdown been provided despite repeated requests. Even after sending a formal FINAL NOTICE, there has been no meaningful response or accountability from either Satguru Jeep Indore or Jeep India. This raises serious concerns regarding: • Transparency in billing • Unexplained additional charges • Lack of customer support and accountability If this is not resolved promptly, I will be proceeding with a formal complaint through the National Consumer Helpline and eDaakhil. I strongly advise prospective buyers to carefully verify all charges in writing before making any payment.
