Very worst quality and service , i purchased a SWIFT VXI in Nov-21 and its tread 9700 km till June-22 and both rare tyres damaged. when i gone there then they giving me excuses. they don't support..... and they don't follow up for car servicing , i missed second service due to lack of information. when i gone there for second service the with 3000km extra. they included in 3rd service. with charges. even 3 servicing was free from company side and i paid 2500/- for second service. even they seen problem in tyers but they did not inform me. after 10 days of second servicing. we seen problem in tyers and gone at showroom. i am really too much disappointed with them.

Never take teflon coating. Be careful and explain clearly. I had experience where lack of care was there, but they took care of it latter. I am rating high because they work on feedback and improve. Later I became happy customer though. Reach out to manager incase of any problem. Happy buying new car

Very bad experience in conversation and dealing with the sales team , they arey a big liers at the time of booking they say it will be refunded as a whole amount that we are going to pay ! But, the twist is they don't tell you the whole thing about the booking and it's related cons , they didn't tell us that our amount of ₹ 500 will be deducted, and the thing is we were not clear about our car but we've booking Alto K10 as we had selected it before but we were not sure about the car that if we have to take Alto K10 finally, point is if we are not sure about the model of car you should not allot us the vehicle on our name without our confirmation on the allotment.. but they did all this prior , even we said to cancel our booking as we were having some personal issues realated to purchasing, but they haven't taken this seriously and purposely ignored our request of cancellation, and they made our cancellation late and after so much long time they gave us the 4600 cheque insted of full refund as they said , and be aware that they doesn't tell you about the cut down of charges but In the booking diary on which you will sign you should read it awarely because on that this info is given ! In the end, thanks for giving time to this review we don't want that this should happen to any other customer! If you want to buy any maruti car just buy it from other showroom as the sales team in rukmani motors are big liers !

I booked vehicle here and later had to cancel the booking. As dealer price was 20k more than other dealer and they were not able to match price n deal. So will suggest visit other dealership and don't do booking instantly else there will be loss of rs 500 and your valuable time and money.
