At booking I was assured vehicle allotted to me was mfg model Nov–Dec 2025. than I received July 2025 model. due to heavy rush at the showroom & a delay in my muhurat, I was unable to conduct a detailed inspection of vehicle at the time of delivery. After using vehicle, I observed 1. visible scratches on the AC vents 2. multiple mobile phones already paired with the vehicle’s Bluetooth. This indicates usage of the car as a display model, test vehicle, prolonged yard vehicle. my question why a car that appears to have been standing in the yard for nearly 8 months was delivered to me without proper disclosure.

He explained everything clearly and ensured a smooth delivery experience. 10/10 for his service. I would also like to appreciate Mrs. Ashwini Ma’am for her excellent support and customer-friendly approach. One area that needs improvement is the accessories fitment team. The quality of fitment and overall coordination can be enhanced to provide a better customer experience. Lastly, thanks to Manish Ahirwar Ji for taking customer feedback positively and listening to the concerns with a constructive attitude. Overall, a very good experience with excellent sales support and scope for improvement in the accessories department.
