My name is Himanshu Mudgal. I purchased a Wagon R car from Rukmani Motors in October 2025. The first service was not done properly, and even during the second service, the issues I had reported were not fixed. I informed Sweety and Sandeep (the manager) about these problems, but they still remained unresolved. Twice, I left my car with them for testing, and each time they drove my car around 10–12 km in the name of testing, yet the issue was never fixed. They do not provide proper after-sales service. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. The manager and service staff do not listen to customers. They also pressure customers into giving 10/10 reviews, but when any problem arises later, they do not provide support or assistance. Please do not buy a car from here if you expect good service. The service provided by Rukmani Motors is extremely poor and disappointing. I have had a very bad experience with their service.
