Extremely Disappointed – Beware Before Dealing! I had a very bad experience with Rukmani Motors. Their staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. After confirming everything, they cheated me during the delivery of the car goods. What was promised during booking was not delivered, and when I raised the issue, their team started misbehaving instead of resolving it. They completely ignored customer service and treated me very badly. It feels like once they get the payment, they don’t care about the customer anymore. Please be careful if you are planning to buy or take delivery from them. Totally disappointed and will not recommend Rukmani Motors to anyone.
It is also good to see and it is built nearby on the main road itself, the delivery is good here. Maruti Suzuki Arena Ruk
Very disappointing experience with Rukmani Motors. Till a day before my selected delivery date, they kept assuring me that I would get the car. But on the evening before, they suddenly said it won’t be possible. Totally unprofessional and misleading. They make false promises just to take bookings and have no transparency at all. Would not recommend trusting them.
"I have been receiving wrong service calls on my number for the past 2 years regarding different vehicles. Despite repeatedly informing your employees and being assured that my number would be removed, I still get daily calls. This is extremely unprofessional and harassing. Please update your records immediately and stop troubling customers with wrong calls."
