Very good service Staff is good Vehicle are good

I had a very disappointing experience with this Maruti dealership. My loan bank had already transferred the full car payment to the showroom account around 2 weeks ago, and I had also paid some amount personally in advance. There was an extra amount that the showroom was supposed to refund to me, but even after multiple follow-ups for over 2 weeks, I have still not received the balance refund. This kind of delay and unprofessional behavior is not expected from an authorized Maruti dealer. I request Maruti Suzuki to look into this matter seriously and ensure customers are treated fairly and refunds are processed promptly.

Delivery service very good sales nature good

Excellent hospitality and very good service

Excellent service in rukmini moters and very fast service in rukmini moters age bhi me rukmini moter se hi gadi lena chahun ga specialy shain Salim sir

Very good dealer vest experience in indore

After sales Service is worst. I have been stuck in a remote location and called RSA for assistance. The problem was simply they need to jump start the car since battery was down, their mechanic charged 710/- just to jump start the car unlike hyundai and other RSAs which is free of cost. So be ready to face a lot of trouble and don't expect the support after sale.
