We booked Tata altroz XM+S on 10th of March and booking amount has been paid on the same day and they assured us to deliver the car on 22nd March so we booked flight from Pune and made all arrangements, then I called on 19th that our car is ready na? then they said we can't deliver your car on the mentioned date then we request to deliver on the other date but they denied and said they don't have stock I am like why you are fooling your customer... All things were ruined just because of the fake promises. Highly highly frustrated from this showroom Request all to not buy from this showroom

Worst customer service ever, the guys here are so rude they don't even know how to talk to a customer. He literally said to me ki sir aap toh dusri jagah chale jaao apne yaha toh bhot gaadiya aati hai koi samsya nahi hai aapki ek gaadi chale jaayegi toh! Is this how you treat a customer?? Even before this, i had to wait more than 1 hour to just get my inspection started. Even after that, they were being so rude. When a customer comes to a company hoping to get help from them and they treat you like this?? This is not the way to work even if you have a lot of cars or have a lot on your plate.

sabse ghatiya service he inki morning 9 se 7 tk gadi hi nhi dete he service krke ..meri 1 st service thi tata Nexon ki 3 br 70 km dur se aaya hu jb jaker subh 9 se sham ki 7 baja di...car wash krne k bad bhi puri clean krne nhi dete he puri car me pani pani laga hua tha ...nahi inke pas infotainment system ka update tha bolte he iska update aaya hi nhi he jbki dusri same model car new 2024 ka update tha....shyam or sanghi tata se car lelena per jagdish se mt lena🙏
