Very poor and delayed service. I came to pick up my car after two days, even though I had opted only for an engine oil and oil filter change. The actual service was completed a day earlier, and I had already received a call confirming that the car was ready. Despite this, I have now been waiting for more than an hour just to get my car handed over. The staff is extremely slow and inefficient, and they keep calling someone without being able to provide a clear explanation or simply hand over the vehicle. If the car is already serviced and ready, why does it take more than an hour just for the handover? Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of the customer’s time.
