Before visit Bhagirath kia.... Please confirm twice every thing. Please don't believe a single person advice. They changed there mind whenever they want too. I experienced that 3 times. First at delivery time . They are so casual regarding vehicle delivery dates for them it just a date. And on Saturday I also feel that their staff is not very well known about policies. My car tire burst so i visit kia for advice so they refer to me please contact body shop , at body they said claim is not able to reimburse by tire company. So you can claim vehicle insurance. So I decided not to claim just buy new tire from somewhere else. At the time other shop they check claim process and got rejected due to warranty not registered by car dealer. So agian I visit kia that time they refer go to service side. And after visiting service station they told me sir first you need to collect letter for tire reimbursement. But till that time I already buy new tire. So they their sales team, service team are unexperienced and not known policy. It effects costumer service.

Very disappointing experience as I visited the showroom again to Inquiry more and to get a better deal for Kia Seltos but I guess the sales executive was not serious enough to make the sales and kept me waiting for 45 minutes even after waiting for 45 minutes, he had zero interactions. I would rather suggest to visit other kia showroom where sales executives are more keen to cater their clients.
