I purchased maruti suzuki fronx. I have zero complaints with the car it was ready on time my experience with nexa was good they were very kind they delivered my vehicle on time. They explained everything properly to me. Thanks to shrusti and rahul they did a great job I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE FINANCE TEAM THEY OFFERED ME A ROI FOR MY LOAN BUT AT THE TIME OF SIGNING PAPER IT WAS DIFFERENT THEY INCREASED MY ROI. ALSO THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT, THERE WAS LACK OF INFORMATION. I SUGGEST YOU TO CHECK THOROUGHLY AND EXPLORE OTHER OPTION OUTSIDE NEXA.

I wud recommend not to buy any car from patel motors ,my car met with an accident within first 2 months however i didnot get any help for 1 year two months and my car was kept like dusbin in their body shop for insurance clearance which was even issued from their end itself they neither helped nor raised my concern to any authority despite repeated calling also they lapsed all my free services and when i asked for service took 7000 for servicing and check in photos how do they service vehicles third class services from patel motors
