**Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts Store: A Disappointing Experience** The Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts Store needs a complete overhaul. The staff is unprofessional and unsupportive, demanding a system reset. A lack of education and expertise is apparent, urging the necessity for a more educated manager. Service is painfully slow, and the staff's limited knowledge extends beyond Maruti Suzuki, affecting other brands as well. This service quality issue seems widespread. Major automotive companies should realize that customers pay for services and deserve respect. It's crucial for the Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts Store to promptly address these issues, enhancing customer satisfaction. 🚗🔧
